She also wrote the introduction of the best-selling “Random Acts of Kindness Then and Now.” M.J. Ryan is regular columnist for The Works magazine, also she is a popular motivational speaker. USA Today, New Age, MaCall’s, and Yoga Journal published articles about her work. There are more than 1.75 million copies of her titles printed.

Organisation of the book

The book is organised by dates. You start reading from January 1st, and the last page ends on December 31st. This book is different from other books you pick from the shelves. Every page has a date and there is a motivational advice from the author. What makes the book interesting is that you could also open any page randomly and read. Another way to use the book is to use the index to find the topic you would like to know more about. The book is small in size, and can be carried anywhere.
