Organisation of the book

The book is organised by dates. You start reading from January 1st, and the last page ends on December 31st. This book is different from other books you pick from the shelves. Every page has a date and there is a motivational advice from the author. What makes the book interesting is that you could also open any page randomly and read. Another way to use the book is to use the index to find the topic you would like to know more about. The book is small in size, and can be carried anywhere.

Why read this book?

After reading the book readers will gain 365 ways to be happy, and 365 ways to be motivated. Happiness is essential to succeed in whatever you are doing, and as university students, this book is highly recommended.

The book is simple to read, and the advice is short and straight to the point. The book index includes topics like how to set goals, learn from mistakes, be positive, maintain work motivation and deal with worries.

The author has managed to write about topics at different depths. For example, she has written 10 entries about worry, whereas, she has written 2 entries about goals. Dozens of topics are covered.
